Bible Camp

You Can Teach English
Do you have a year you could give to ministry in Japan? Or do you know someone who could? The Connections program through Lutheran Brethren World Missions brings North Americans to Japan in order to teach conversational English to Japanese students of all ages. No teaching experience is necessary and positions are open for applicants. Check out the Connections website for more information on this exciting short-term ministry. Check out the video, too.

CLBA Annual Convention
June 14-17, 2009
This is a very important convention for the CLBA as we vote on consitutional changes that, if passed, will change our denominational structure. See CLBA.org for more information.

The Glimpse Project
The DVD project highlights our Lutheran Brethren missionaries in Japan, as well the short-term English teachers. In fact, two of the English teachers came from our district. The DVDs have been distributed to your churches. See the Glimpse Project website for more information and watch for DVDs on Chad which came out in November.
